We’re on the hunt for an experienced, dynamic Venue Manager to take the reins at Garden State Hotel – our sprawling, multi-level wonderland in the heart of Melbourne. This bespoke, high-capacity venue is an institution of Melbourne’s hospitality scene, known for its grand tiered Beer Garden, award-winning Tippy Tay restaurant, and the Rose Garden Cocktail Bar. It’s a dynamic, high-energy environment that needs a leader who thrives on complexity, precision, and pace. We’re looking for someone who’s walked the walk – someone with proven experience running large, fast-paced venues with multiple offerings. You’ll lead the day-to-day, drive service and performance standards, and develop a strong, high-performing management team What's on Offer: Generous Salary $115,000 - $120,000 Super Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A Opportunity to join Australia’s fastest-growing hospitality business with opportunities on an international scale.
